lemon, sliced |

clove garlic, sliced |

pounds Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined |

Preparation |
| Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, in a 4-quart saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil on high heat. Add shrimp, reduce heat to medium high, cover and stir occasionally 6 to 8 minutes, or until the largest shrimp is opaque throughout. Drain, chill and serve with favorite dipping sauce.
