pound Florida grouper fillets, cut into 3-inch pieces |

pound Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined |

Florida garlic cloves, minced |

teaspoon crushed red pepper |

teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |

teaspoon fresh Florida oregano, chopped |

| Preparation |

| Melt butter in large soup pot. Add onion, bell pepper and celery; sauté until tender. Add flour and blend well. Add tomatoes and all seasonings; bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Add all seafood and simmer an additional 45 minutes. Add okra and simmer for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and serve over rice.
