Organized Fishermen of Florida
Organized Fishermen of Florida (OFF) was formed in 1967 as a nonprofit association devoted to the promotion and protection of Florida's commercial fishing industry. OFF has over 15 chapters and more than 800 members. These individuals and businesses include producers of saltwater fin fish, freshwater fin fish, shrimp, crabs, lobster, clams, oysters, eels, sponges and a wide variety of other seafood products. OFF's Board of Directors is made up of state officers and a director from each chapter. They meet quarterly to coordinate statewide action on issues affecting the commercial fisherman's way of life.
